What Volume Setting Do you Use In "Instrument Options?"

You know, the place where you choose "-12db to 0; 0 to 6db" and so on? Do you accept the default? Do you set it differently for different libraries?

I just acquired the Cinesamples Orchestra Core library, and I'm wondering what would be the best setting. Of course, there are various other volume knobs to adjust, but what works best for you?

Most sampled instruments work well at 0dB as long as they have velocity layers, drums/perc set at -6dB due to the fact that I input more velocity on those (AR drums, Battery, etc.) And the synthesis instruments at -6dB also.

Each flavor is totally up to you.

Usually -oo ... 0 dB is best.
