KOMPLETE KONTROL S61 firmware update error

I am having a problem with firmware update. keep getting and error message (error -2)

I have tried everything but still not having no luck. When I play stand Alone Mode its perfect but when im in a regular session the keys do not work or record.

    Hello,

    what DAW do you use and are you sure the midi settings are correct, you have to route the keyboards (non DAW) midi port to the track where the kk plugin is loaded, in order to work.

    using maschine daw and logic pro daw

    not sure abut midi settings so many to chooose from. want to at least get it working in machine

    @Twixman DaProducer Your MIDI settings might be the culprit here. If you can share that would be great so we can help identify the issue.
