Not getting sound from all keys when using Kontrol S49 with Logic Pro

Hi! I am a very new user and I'm trying to use my Kontrol S49 with Logic Pro. I'm not getting sound from all of the keys on the keyboard. For example, the following: I try to arm a track using New Software Instrument Track. From here, I go to the Instrument Slot, scroll down to AU Instruments, Native Instruments, Komplete Kontrol, Stereo. I'll use Alicias Keys as an example. I see the menu on the keyboard and in Logic, however when i start to try and play music using the keyboard, not all of the keys produce audio. Is there a setting I'm overlooking?
