There was no problem with the purchase, there is a problem with activation, cause of a wrong base product. You can buy products, you don't own the base product for, cause it could be a gift. If you buy something for yourself it's best practice to be logged in, them you'll see if you own the base product directly in the shop before you buy.

I already own the first Alicia's keys and upgrade to the Bundle Alicia's Electric Keys didn't think that it would turn out like this, And I was login when I made the purchased.

None of that really matters since you purchased the wrong upgrade.

By design - the NI Shop will let you purchase anything regardless of qualifying product.
