I can’t load sound from Native instruments in KK

I recently encountered an issue while trying to load sounds from Native Instruments in Komplete Kontrol. Upon attempting to load a preset, an error message appeared stating:
“Loading Issue: Plug-in/preset could not be loaded, as it may not yet support Apple Silicon or VST2 to VST3 migration. For more information please visit: https://support.native-instruments.com”
Interestingly, when I loaded instruments from other third-party , they worked perfectly without any issues. This suggests that the problem is specifically related to certain Native Instruments plugins and their compatibility with Apple Silicon or the transition from VST2 to VST3.

What instrument are you trying to load that kicks off this message?
What version of Komplete Kontrol?
What version of OS?

I tried to load 40s Very Own
Komplete Kontrol version: 3.4.0
OS: Sequoia 15.3.1

Have you ever been able to use this instrument before?
AND - even more importantly - have you even actually opened Komplete Kontrol in standalone mode - to allow it to fully build its internal database before attempting to use KK in a DAW context?
This is critical - without an up-to-date database KK will not be able to recall it's instruments correctly - even if you are able to select them within KK.

It’s a new MacBook Pro M4 that I installed every from scratch. I’ve been using Native Instruments for the past eight years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered this issue. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but I still can’t get it fixed.
When I load other third-party instruments, they work perfectly. However, when I use Kontakt 8, all the instruments load without issues.

Well - 40's Own is an NI product and it should be fine.
But if there is an error - there is something wrong.
If this is the only item giving you problems - I would uninstall it and reinstall it and try again.
If it still does not work - you have deeper issues and should consider contacting NI support.

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
and disks must be of correct format (APFS) : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to then Local Network

Does the Kontakt 8 VST3 plugin load in Komplete Kontrol? Is it showing in the plugin menu?

Yes, but it’s not working. When I loaded it into Studio One or the standalone version, it worked.

You mean it shows in the plugin menu but won't load? Is it the VST3 version and is it uptodate? (what is the version number in Studio One?)

Studio One Pro version 7.1.1 and VST3 are fully updated. When I click on any preset KK, I hear the sound, but it does not load.

Will ask again - did you start KK in standalone mode before using it in Studio One?
And are you using the VST versions of all plugins (not AU) in Studio One?

Yes, I did. After installing all the libraries, I started the Komplete Kontrol, Kontak 8, Maschine 3, and Battery 4 stand-alone, and then Studio One Pro. I'm using VST, VST3, and AU of all plugins.

Which implies you don’t have the plugin installed properly, or not the VST3 version (maybe an earlier VST version? - that would certainly trigger the migration error message)
See if you have the VST2 of an earlier Kontakt installed- you don’t need that, and also make sure the use latest version of NI plugins is checked in settings

Thank you guys for helping me out; I guess, I will have to contact native Instruments support to get the issue fixed .
