kontakt player not loading kits

Im not even sure where i was to start. I downloaded native acess, then kontakt7. my drum pack loaded no problem.

Protools session was open and loaded konkakt and it crashed my pc, after rebooting now my kits are not loading into kontakt. ive un & re-installed both kontaktplayer and native access + drum packs and this is what im seeing in standalone.

    nothing worked. i just deleted NI access, and all files, kontakt and its files. re downloaded/reinstalled everything.upon re2downloading NI access, both the drum pack and kontakt both needed repair, which i underwent, only to have the same issue.

    What is happening now in Kontakt in standalone? Are you able to load your products? What drum pack/product are you trying to load exactly?

    Where are your products intalled? How do they look in Native Access?
