Kontakt 7.10.1 Busy Loading / Normal Curosr issue

The cursor acts weird and also I can not adjust the master volume. I feel like these both are connected. Never had this issue before. Mouse Cursor issue. Busy Cursor in Kontakt 7.

Not enough to go on here. OS? Is Kontakt acting up within a DAW or standalone. If it’s a DAW - which DAW?
And - the latest version of Kontakt is 7.10.7.
Consider upgrading to the latest and see what this does for this odd cursor issue.

Why ask meaningless questions? Is it just to increase KPI?
From the cursor, it's obvious it's Windows… 10.
Does anyone even use it standalone? I use it as a VST, obviously! I don't even know how to run it as a standalone.
DAW: Cubase. Both Kontakt 7.10.1 and 8.2.1 have the same issue in Classic View.
Did NI create this friction to force people to switch to the new default view?

Jeremy and Vocalpoint are trying to help. Diagnostic questions are important.
It is not obvious that cursor is W10. Your forum profile also just says Win, without a version. But full system info is helpful to establish.
Kontakt standalone mode is our most used "host", used more than any DAW. Obviously DAW usage summed together is far greater than standalone - but these are valid questions.
Have you updated to the latest version of Kontakt 7 and 8? You are on very outdated versions of both. This was one of the first questions. That may fix the issue outright. It may not. Help us help you.

Well - just because you have an issue - does not mean we all do. I too am running Windows 10, Kontakt 7.10.7 (not 7.10.1) and I (and many many others) are not reporting this issue.
Off the top - and because it's Cubase AND you are seeing it in both versions of Kontakt - my money is on a Cubase issue. There have been a number of odd issues with Kontakt and Cubase (specifically) in the last month or two.
Curious that a spinning cursor is visible - almost as if Kontakt (or something else) is "waiting" for something.
This would be one for NI Support to look into.

If you feel that it's meaningless, you can contact support here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_kontakt to do a proper bug report.
They'll ask you the same questions. No one else reported that issue so we need as much info as possible in order to try and reproduce the issue. Since it seems to be a graphic issue, what graphic card you're using, what resolution, multiple screens, etc…
