Kontakt 8 + Logic + Cremona Quartet Ensembles DOES NOT WORK

I recently purchased this quite expensive library and wrote a nice song with it in Logic. When I went to re open the project some weeks later after working hard on it (I leave my computer and session open usually) , the following happens:

Kontakt 8 does not load any instances of Cremona Quartet Ensembles whatsoever. No error message, no "samples not found" nothing. Just a project with all BLANK instances of Kontakt 8.

I've been a professional composer for 15 years and used every single instance of kontakt to ever exist (no joke) and nothing like this has ever happened.

I wouldn't trust your work with this product any time soon.

I rebuilt the instances by re-loading. Saved the project, booted it up again and POOF all empty instances of Kontakt 8 again.

Bounce everything to audio before quitting projects, if you have to use Kontakt 8

I'm really sorry to hear about this issue.

I'm the product manager for Kontakt and would like to get to the bottom of what's causing this - it is of course not an ordinary or expected behavior, and not one we've heard other reports of.

Could you DM me and we could pursue diagnostics from there? Alternatively, have you already opened a support ticket?

Hey Matthew, I have opened a support ticket so I will wait for a reply there.

Will be sure to post a fix or what the issue was here incase other people get it too.
