always demo mode ???

komplete kontrol is still in demo mode, I entered my serial number and it's still the same and when I want to start again, they tell me that this number is already registered.... impossible to update the drivers because it doesn't recognize the keyboard either.... help me

    What model is your keyboard, what is your operating system? Where does the demo message show up? Can you post a screenshot?

    Salut oui en faite kontackt est en mode demo … je suis novice sur ce clavier alors bon ;)

    je vais acheter kontakt dans quelques jours ….

    What libraary are you tring to load in Kontakt when you get the demo message? Check if the library requires the full version of Kontakt or Kontakt Player, the free version.
