bonjour à tous , alors voila mon problème. j'ai acquis le clavier komplete kontrol A49 et je n'arrive pas à faire sortir le son. Le clavier est branché en usb au pc, je passe par une carte son fast track pro, elle aussi est branchée sur le pc et le son sort sur un ampli guitare…

Mais rien à faire, le son est…volatilisé? Voila ,si quelqu'un peut me dire ou j'ai fauté…

Hello everyone, so here's my problem. I bought the komplete kontrol A49 keyboard and I can't get the sound out. The keyboard is connected in usb to the pc, I go through a fast track pro sound card, it is also connected to the pc and the sound comes out on a guitar amp...

But nothing to do, the sound is...volatilised? Here, if anyone can tell me where I was wrong...

I'm assuming you've downloaded the software and you're using the keyboard with the Komplete Kontrol software? If so, check in the MIDI section of Preferences that the A49 is selected for input. By default it's not so the keyboard won't produce sound. If that doesn't help or you're using different software let us know.

Thank you for your answer and trying to help me. I am usine the soft Komplete Kontrol with Thea komplete A49 keyboard …I will verify the connections and if it’s okay i’ll say you.

Check MIDI preferences in the Komplete Kontrol standalone application. Make sure to select the keyboard as a MIDI input. Make sure to select the driver for your soundcard in the audio settings of that same Komplete Kontrol app.
