Kontakt 8 new install + Komplete 15 Standard - 1/2 of Libraries have no Preview Sound but work fine.

I just purchased full version of Kontakt 8 and Komplete 15 Standard, along some other libraries. All libraries downloaded fine. I installed them on an external 2TB SSD drive. I can open Kontakt 8 and all libraries and instruments seem to work fine, but around 1/2 of the libraries that were installed with the Komplete 15 Standard bundle do not have preview sounds. If I click the instrument I can play it, everything works fine. But there is no preview sound in the Library or once the instrument is loaded. I can only hear the sound when I actually select the instrument and play it via my MIDI keyboard. This is extremely frustrating, having to load up every instrument in order to hear what it sounds like.

Steps I have done.

I have deleted the komplete.db3 file in the Kontakt 8 system folder in order to rebuild the library. - Did not work.
I have reinstalled the library with Native Access - Did not work

I don't know what else to do. Is there a way to download the preview files and install them manually in each library that is missing previews. I did some research and it says that now in Kontakt 8 the preview sounds are embedded in the actual sound files, not sure if that's correct.

Please help. I just paid a ton of money for a lot of libraries, and can not work with them efficiently without preview sounds.

If the Libraries that have no previews are the older ones, they need you to install Previews from NA.

Back in the days previews were not a thing and when they introduced them they created that Previews to install “on top” to provide the functionality to them. Then they started to embed previews directly in the new libraries. But the old ones still require a separate installation.

Check in NA if you have an entry called Previews (you should). It’s a big one (if I recall correctly around 7-8 Gb). Install it and see if the problem is solved

I did not have the option to download the Previews library from NA, but I contacted support then they sent me a link where I could download it from Google Drive and get it installed. Now all my libraries have previews. Thank you LostInFoundation for the response.

If anyone has the same problem in the future here is the link to the G Drive that has the Native Browser Preview Library, it is quite large about 9Gb, download it and installed it. I am on a MAC, I had to mount it and the system blocked it, you have to go to System Settings, Privacy & Security, scroll all the way down, and click Run Anyways in the block message, this will prompt you for your password and then install the library. I let it install in the recommended path on my hard drive, even tho I have my libraries on an external drive and everything works fine.
