how do i register the keyboard
I figured this one out Apparently i hadn’t added the serial number to the desktop Native Access
Sweetwater seems to have a nice guide to getting started
ill give it a look
In any case, the way to register a new Komplete keyboard is to add its serial in Native Access (which can be downloaded from NI website)
iVE ADDED IT SEVERAL TIMES, AND IT SHOWS ON THE WEBSITE AS NOT REGISTERED
From various reports in the last week, I suspect NA (and the products in accounts management) is having issues.
Contact support and ask them why even adding serial still shows it as not registered
