Guitar with Presonus and Guitar Rig7, awful noise ?

Hello everyone,

I can't use Guitar Rig 7.

Whenever I plug my guitar (Prodipe ST 83) in my Presonus Studio-24-C audio device and want tu use amps or distortion I get an awful noise and it's impossible to play.

It only does it with distortion and with the amplifiers.

Any idea someone?

    Could it be some kind of feedback loop? What are the audio input/output settings in Guitar Rig? What's your operating system?
