You think that for the money we spend on your products that we could get adequate support? I have tried for days to fix the problem but all I find are forums from other users. No email? what a joke. I installed your latest update and now kontact doesn't work, If you do not contact me personally in the next 24 hours I will report you to the ACCC here in Australia.
