After doing a factory reset on Kontrol MK3 S61 it's now stuck on Welcome screen. I did a factory reset because an expression pedal stopped working. The Kontrol firmware updater says I have the latest update (1.8.7). If I remember correctly when I initially installed the key board it required updating to 1.8.7 and after the welcome screen disappeared. I'm wondering now that if it's not required to update that's why it's stuck on the welcome screen.
If anyone has any idea how to fix I'd be most grateful. NI chat doesn't appear to be working at the moment.
