NI TOTAL FAIL: MacOs 15.3, MacBook Pro M4 Max
NO software instruments associated with NKI "ecosphere" are functional on my Komplete Kontrol S88 Mk2.
NONE of my investments in NI virtual instruments are functional.
What a WASTE of $$$.
ALL virtual instruments bought from other suppliers are functional.
NI is the ONLY FAIL.
AND IT IS TOTAL.

Gentle suggestion to provide some details that actually relate to your issue.
This post does not tell us anything meaningful.

Yep, a few hints as to what the problem actually is would be really helpful, that way we might be able to help you. I'm running 15.3 on an M4 Pro and I've not hit any problems yet, although I'm on a MK3 keyboard.

Obivously, that's really frustrating. I'm sorry you're dealing with this. That said; a quick search of the forum would reveal:
- Users are experiencing issues using NI products with the M4 Max processor specifically
- NI has looked into those issues, and determined the cause to be Apple-side
- NI has filed a ticket in Apple's system, are communicating with them regularly, and await their fix
This has happened once before - and Apple fixed it then too. There is no action NI can take to fix this issue.

@Matthew_NI is being very kind and gentle here.
While it's very possible that this is an Apple issue and not a Native Instruments issue, I do think that it's worth a few minutes to review OPs settings and setup. It could be he's got something not set correctly, and that's causing his troubles.
But that will require that OP calm down for a few minutes and tell us more details about the setup and what things he has tried to do. If he's willing to set his anger aside for a real review, and adopt such a "can-do" frame of mind about this, then…
- The first thing I'm wondering is the specific version of the Mac OS, as well as the specific hardware features of his exact Mac. Hint: you can create the list by holding down "Option" and clicking on the Apple-symbol/System Information drop-down. Then just navigate to the first item, and tell us (or copy-paste) that info to this thread. If anything personal shows up in the list, just omit it here.
- Also, tell us about the hard drives attached to this system. How are they connected? How much freespace do they have? And specifically which one has your libraries?
- Next, what's your audio/MIDI interface? Make and model, please. And do tell us the version of driver that is currently loaded, and how old that is.
- After that, tell us what version of Native Access you used (don't guess; do help/about and tell us what it says), what DAW you're using and which version (again, please use help/about), and anything else that you think might be pertinent information for us to know.
- And finally, what version of Komplete Kontrol are you using? Help/About is your friend here, or you can look it up in Native Access.
Let's see what all that info shows.
Please know that I wouldn't waste your time (or ours) if I thought that there wasn't a fair chance of finding an issue that might not be related to the Apple M4 thing that Matthew mentions in his post above.
Thanks in advance!
