How to implement keyboard transposition

I am using a Komplete Kontrol A61.
In Komplete Kontrol, what is the difference between “Guide” in Key Mode of Scale Edit and with the SCALE function turned off?
Also, in Easy mode, I can assign a RootNote of my choice to the C3 keyboard, but I cannot use the black keys. Is it possible to assign a RootNote to C3 and still be able to use the black keys in some way?
Please let me know how to realize so-called keyboard transposition with this hardware or software

Explained in the manual (lots of info on the scale mode), page 100 or there abouts

Well, "Easy" mode is kind of designed to be easy to play, meaning there are no black keys used. Yes you can have chords assigned to the black keys, just don't select the easy mode.
