Time drift using komplete in Ableton

i know this issue has been raised before is there currently any solution?

im getting a time drift when using a sequenced instrument or leap loop via midi track in Ableton after a few bars.

Its driving me insane im having to mix down the midi track to audio then warp which isnt ideal.

any ideas? Tia

Hey Tia, Can you let us know in which context this is happening? Which instruments, what tempo? Is this happening with Kontakt 7, 8, Komplete Kontrol? What's your operating system?

this is happening with kontakt 8 im using a 2024 mac book pro max m2 - the problem seems to occur only after a few bars - eg using an instrument in sequence mode or a leap loop- (ive tried retrigger mode and latch mode) still same problem. I havnt tried taking off sync mode and manually typing in projects bpm though. Running kontakt 8 in ableton live 12

Ok, could you recreate the issue in a small Ableton project, zip it and post it here? This way I can try to reproduce the issue.

attached is example - just a basic sequence that syncs when playing live but randomly fluctuates when placed in midi clip
