Native Access Error; Path is invalid - installation failed

Plugins that fail to download are guitar Rig Pro 7, Kontakt 8, Ireland collection, Damage, and more

Can someone help me fix this? I am running windows 10

stuff I have tried:

  • turn off pc and turning it back on 
  • changing locations preference to 2 separate drives, c; drive + external drive,  and reinstalling and still failed
  • changed the preferences location back to default
  • -tried admin native access 2 and still failed
  • i tried older version Native Access 1.14.1 Setup PC but still failed
  • i tried NI Uninstall RegTool_64bit but like.. they are not installed yet so it doesn't work-i have latest version of native access 2, still failed
  • i tried the standalone version of kontakt 8 that I found on here in the forums with users with same issue, and it still failed
  • i repaired scan my external drive and c;drive,
  • i tried turning off wifi
  • i tried turning off firewall
  • -updated windows
  • unistalled native acces, and re-installed


i tried all this and non worked

    i also tried giving full access permision to the folder destination via properities security and didnt work either

    To clear Native Access preferences in the Registry Editor, follow these steps:

    1. Open Registry Editor by typing "regedit" in the Start menu and pressing Enter.
    2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments
    3. Right-click on the "Native Access" folder/key and select "Delete"
    4. If you see an "NTK" folder/key, delete that as well
    5. Close Registry Editor
    6. Restart your computer
