Record Piano Uno Combined in Cubase

Hi there,

I'm feeling a bit frustrated and could use some help. Here's the issue: I have Kontakt 8 and Cubase 13. I'm trying to record a piano line, like the one from Myths in the Piano Uno Chord Combined, but I want to capture the individual MIDI notes in Cubase. Meaning: When I play a C, I see the exact MIDI signal for C in the Cubase editor. However, I want to record all the notes used in the Myths performance as separate MIDI notes (not just the chord or the single note I play).

I'm sure this is something you all know, but I'm kind of stuck here. Can you help me out?
