Komplete Kontrol A61 Pitch Bend not working correctly

i've been using this controller for like 4-5 years and everything was fine until yesterday i had an weird issue which is the pitch bend automatically pitch down by 1 semitones even i didnt touch it at all and it keep going down like randomly. Not quite sure what's going on, some thought that the sensor things but another thought it might be the USB cable. I have no idea about this. Here is the results from Midi-OX. All i know the value of default position is around 64 but mine was 106 (Correct me if i'm wrong). Does anyone have been on this situation? Any idea? Thanks, mean a lot for me.

    Is this happening in Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Can you open the Komplete Kontrol standalone application, go to the MIDI assignments, click on the + to create a new template which will set up MIDI assignments to default.
