Battery 4.3.1 crashing in Live 11 on Mac OSX 15

Battery freezes and crashes Ableton upon loading.

Issue started directly after install of Battery 4.3.1 and was working until that point.

Tried to delete PLIST, enabled full disk access to all NI stuff and restarted computer after install. Issue remains

Same in Logic Pro ! was working fine `till the update !!!
