Loops are stuck in complete control browser interface

I don’t know if this is a thing in Ventura , I’m looking on the net to see if anyone else had problems with Ventura .

have you granted the NTDaemon full disk access, in privacy and security

Are you using kk version 3 , I think you are because of the graphics

1. I got into somesupport who looked over my Mac and advised the issue is entirely within NI software, but couldn’t identify it due to its 3rd party status.
   
2. NI Daemon had full disk access.
   
3. I am using KK 3 and latest versions of all NI plugins.
   
4. For some time NI support have not been accepting queries, simply running a stock ‘we are busy’ message. I came here because I couldn’t even put a question to them… while you dread AI, I’m dreading the thought of uninstalling and restoring Komplette 15 Standard 15 , Kontakt 8 and all the others, almost 200 plugins. 😒

Aldread, excuse the typos my eyesight isn’t good and u struggle without dark mode. I’ve beenonto apple who state it’swholly an NI issue.

Aldread, Re your images: my preferences window contains the full library/plugins. But the KK interface which i included in the initial screen shots show only the three ‘lodged’ samples. All plugins and presets are there in the appropriate libraries.

I have three NI interfaces: Kontakt 8, Komplete Kontrol and Battery 4. None of them function either within Logic or in standalone mode.

ok , that’s me out of suggestions, other than maybe reinstalling Mac OS , or upgrading Mac OS

you could try this , obviously as you reinstalled earlier, not sure it would make a difference

You can retitle your problem to , only 3 presets/samples showing in komplete kontrol browser , because I don’t think those 3 presets are stuck , for some reason kk is not seeing the other presets , that normally happens when it hasn’t properly scanned the content .

Aldread, it’s fixed! At last I got KK to rebuild the library without crashing and all is now as it should be Battery 4, KK and K8 all load and function as they should within Logic and as standalone. Thanks very much for your ongoing support - your last post inspired me to try and rebuild the library and it all worked fine. I think uninstalling and restoring…
