Automation disables once I try to export audio

I'm new to Kontakt, I think I'm using the free version of Kontakt 6 right now, and I'm using Ableton Live 10 Suite. But I automated the the vibrato of Spitfire's Solo Strings Library, and each time I hit export, the automation grays out, and the strings are exported without the vibrato automation. Everything is fine in playback once I re-enable the automation, but I can't export. I have a feeling this is due to some settings or configurations that I have no setup in Kontakt. Is anyone able to help?

    The DAW that I use is Ableton Live 10 Suite

    @Blujaye What is your operating system? Could you try with more recent versions of Kontakt, like Kontakt 8 Player? If issue is still present with Kontakt 8, can you share a small Ableton project where you can reproduce the issue?
