Hello

I have tried to save my own presets in massive x, then tried 40s own keys to see if that worked and could b3 viewed in S49 MK3.

I Have tried so many things and I can't get my saves to show up in the keyboard.

I am using Komplete kontrol, and I have no idea what i am doing wrong.

I tried save as in komplete kontrol l, I saved as presets in massive x, and it never displays on keyboard.

Really appreciate any help

Thanks

Have you clicked on the User Saved button? That toggles between factory and user presets

Yes I did, but it's ok, literally just solved it. The default user directory doesn't work, it keeps defaulting to my downloads folder, but not actually saying there. I added a new folder and it did the trick. Really appreciate the help. All working now.

It should be saving to documents/native instruments/user content. If you have set a different location that might cause more problems than it solves

I agree, I tried uninstall and reinstall and the default location it states in software isn't where its stated in native access, and doesn't exist once installed. The folder i have added has done the trick, but I have tried so many times and the default puts it in c:user/downloads/nativeinstruments/usercontent

I think you are confusing 2 different things. Native Access only specified locations for downloads and installed content, not user saved content. If you save anything in Komplete Kontrol for example it will be put in documents/native instruments/user content. If it isn't then maybe there is a permissions issue? Try saving a file in KK and see where it places it once saved (right click on it in KK and select open in Explorer)

In preferences on native access you can determine default locations.Either way the default location when I install goes into my download folder, no idea why. I've worked around for and added a folder, and it works. But the default folder as per the KK software doesn't actually exist on the PC, it's odd

Yes for plugins, factory content and downloads but not user created content. Komplete Kontrol only saves to one location so whatever you have specified in Native Access only determines factory content and download locations. Just try what I suggested, save a patch using the KK file menu and see where it goes, that is where you will find all your user created content.
