Temporarily Stuck Key on S61 MK 3

The other day my middle E key became stuck, first in Logic, then in Komplete Kontrol. It wouldn't sound, and the light stayed on. After a few moments of dark panic, it became unstuck and is working fine so far. Should I be worried? Do I need to keep it covered? Advice, please.

Nobody here can say for sure what you experienced or whether you should be worried , immediately then it's not a good sign but on the other hand then if only happening one time and never again then who knows , could be a fluke of some kind.

When not using your keyboard then to me at least it is obvious that you ought to keep it covered at all times , not just with a cloth but also using something that will protect it against accidental spills with fluids. (Generally you might also try to keep drinks and the likes of that away from the keyboard when using it). However a professionally made cover does not come cheap, e.g. this polycarbonate one is more than EUR 100 , I didn't have the money for something like that myself so for covering my S61 MK2 keyboard I use a cheap spill resistant table cover clothing. That will handle both dust and spills but of course not accidental drops of items on the keyboard.
