Regarding Tools

I am using Mac OS 12.7.4.
I recently purchased Native Instruments Komplete 15 Collectors Edition and am using Kontakt 8. When I load a sound source and select Tools in the upper left corner of the screen, the "chords" and "phrases" of Tools are not displayed at all in the "Select Product" column and I cannot use them.
Please tell me how I can use them.

    Hello,

    have you opened kontakt stand alone first? Kontakt needs this in order to build up the database it needs a while so all components/instruments and presets show up and work, especially with the big komplete bundles.

    Really just leave it open a while and wait, unfortunately there is no indication when the scan and database build is ready. I had the same issue after a complete reinstall of my system lately.

    Exactly what I had after my fresh installation, and like I said it solved itself over time having the stand alone app open. You could try the stuff mentioned here on the "best answer" post:

    It can take really long depending on your system, also turn off screen savers. I guess you have installed the kontakt library 2?

    Yes, I was able to start it up in stand alone mode, but the "chords" and "phrases" in the Tools section are not displayed at all, so I can't use them.
    What should I do?

    so you have selected the tool slot (gets grey) and selected the tools category for the browser?

    Thank you for your kind reply.
    I waited for almost an hour and a half using standalone mode last night, but it didn't work as I wanted, so I'll try again as you instructed.

    I will also turn off the screen saver.
    Kontakt Factory Library 2 is already installed.
