I have noticed that there are many user presets here on the website and I found some sounding interesting. But how can I integrate these *.bnk-Files in my GuitarRig?
Thanks for help

Ok, I was successfull in importing the file and it appears in gr5. But now I have no access to it in my Cubase-Project.

Last question: how can I get gr5 back in my Cubase-Environment? Or is there an opportunity to use it as StandAlone together with Cubase? Never tried it before….

Tnx again, Uwe, nice to met you

    Hello,

have you tried to go to file open or import or something like that?

Ich hab die ZIP-Datei entpackt und hab jetzt ein File "Gary Moore.bnk". Ich vermute mal, die Datei sollte dann in der Presetauswahl auftauchen - aber wie bekomme ich sie da rein?

Please no german here, so others can also read if they look for the same issue. But we can write privately in german if you want to. I tried and think now you need gr6 to open this file, maybe even 5, then you can import it into 7. Is this the file from edmundo hernandez?

Sorry, no problem to change to English. Yes, this is from Edmundo . Where to get gr5/6?

Tnx a lot for your support.

If you have older bundles then you should see it in native access, if you don't have gr5 (I found out you need that) I can open it for you and try to save it in a format you can then use in gr7.

Seems to become a bit more complicated :) - but you seem to be rather patient ;)

I found gr5 in NativeAccess, but it's not in my DAW anymore. Did not find out how to get it in again, I've tried to reinstall via NA, but it tells me it was unpossible to deinstall older versions of gr5. I can open it as StandAlone, but I think that's not what I need, isn't it?

What can I do with this situation? I would prefer to use gr5 or 6, I don't really like the 7er version….

its really just a simple file but of course gary moore had a simple setup and was an amazing old school guitarist without 20000 pedals and stuff…he just sang with his guitar, just import it and search for "still got the blues" - you can also replace "cabinets and mics" with the control room or matched cabinet.

Well, I used "Import File" in gr7 and selected and imported(?) the file, but it does appear in gr7. Ok, no problem, I have gr6 still in my DAW and there the file appears.

But any idea how to get gr5 in my Cubase again?

GR5 is vst2 only and cubase has vst2 disabled by default, so you would have to enable it and set/scan (for) the vst 2 folder. Then it should work.
