Claire is full of soft distortion when I play forte to sf

Hay guys,

Just bought Claire and tested playing the whole morning, tried preset Neo Classical, and when I played slightly harder it produced soft clipping, it's quite obvious in my earbuds, even though its recent upgrade indicates slight distortion fixed but it sounds like the problem persists. Limiter applied, peak was monitored pretty carefully, it's not my technical problem.

    You're going to have to provide a lot more information if you want some serious, relevant responses.

    What was your system setup?

    What OS?

    Standalone or in a DAW, and which DAW were you using?

    What audio interface?

    sorry this post can be closed, the soft distortion was caused by the reverb, there is a conflict, if I bypass the reverb then the sound is normal now, i currently dont know which parameter of the reverb case the conflict
