Legacy Kontakt 7 install

My Mac OS 12.6 is compatible with Kontakt 7.8.1. This will enable me to use Picked Acoustic library I just purchased. Otherwise my Kontakt Player 6 works fine with all my other libraries.

If I install this Kontakt Player 7, will my Kontakt Player 6 still work as well? Or does it install over it, override it? Asking because I have no issues with 6—everything works a charm in there, it just doesn't support this one new Library.

FWIW In the middle of projects, not ready to update my OS at this point or muck about any more than necessary—I just need things to keep working predictably You know the story….
