Having to use Ai which is useless, waiting 25 min for agent and nothing, why can't I raise a ticket?
I also dont know how, but after writing with the AI, I had a ticket after some time via email, then i used the word "******" and they closed my ticket because of inappropriate language … So it seems they have no real people for support and then they cant handle complaints
As soon as you see the AI chat you know a company is throwing customer service under the bus. It'll be either the AI chat or other users to resolve the problem. I did get a call logged after waiting form 30min for an agent who didn't appear though I wasn't aware till I got an email.
No one here will be able to "resolve the problem" unless you actually explain what the problem is.
I'll assume it's with Kontakt based on where you've posted - but what? 🤔

Its resolved itself. I was more commenting about the whole AI chat rubbish, that is still there and it doesn't seem to let you raise a ticket unless you've been sat there for 30 minutes.
