NI KOMPLETE 11 ULTIMATE PROBLMES - uninstall?

Hello everyone, I am working with a CUBASE 10 Pro version and NI KOMPLETE 11 ULTIMATE. I had to replace a faulty HDD, and now most of the Komplete instruments no longer work, and almost all of the presets cannot be found. I suspect it’s best to remove everything completely first and then reinstall it. But how do I do that? And/or is there anyone in Berlin who could take care of this for me, of course for a fee? Thank you.

@Album Speer If your products are installed on an external hard drive you can use the Locate all function in Native Access:

    Hello,

most important is that the (new) drive where you install the libraries on has the same letter and the same folder structure is important too, for example all my libraries are on f:\native libraries\ on both of my computers so all projects work without any problems on both. So it's the same of you have to reinstall your libraries. So you prepare a new drive, and hopefully the path is still set in native access preferences. Then you can reinstall all the libraries and expansions within native access. I'm in leipzig so not that far away from you in berlin but I think we can manage that via internet and if needed we can also do a remote session.

i'm pretty sure the locate product content feature is broken - have moved some of my libraries to an external drive and have tried a few times to relocate them all at once and it doesn't work. had to do it manually!
