"Get started with Kontakt 8" $99 voucher doesn't work

I've been waiting for support to respond to a ticket for 4 days, and the chat just sits there frozen for hours on "Thanks. Let me connect you with a customer support agent." Thus, I'm hoping someone can help me here.

No matter what I try to purchase, it seems the $99 voucher I received is not working. I'm in the US, so I don't think it would be a currency issue. I am not posting the voucher code here because I don't know if they're unique, but if I need to then I will. Thank you,
