Amati Viola and Cremona Violin and Cello -- sometimes polyphonic, sometimes not :(

This is super confusing. I load up the Amati viola and record a part with more than one note playing at the same time. When it plays back, SOMETIMES it plays all the notes in polyphony, and sometimes it does not. There appears to be no setting (can't find one on the manual either) that governs this.

What am I missing? It only happens in Virtuoso or bowed.

Is this also happens with the Violin and Cellos.

what chord\notes do you try to play, you can´t play all chords on a violin or cellos, maybe that´s the issue
