pro tools and KK

I just downloaded am artist version of pro tools to mix a few projects. I'm trying to load Komplete Kontrol to access a few patches and KK does not show up in the list of instruments.

Anybody know what's up?

What version of Pro Tools is it?

Do Pro Tools and Komplete Kontrol have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Then make sure to select a stereo track for your instrument track:

(I put that as I regularly forget about it!)

If you've done all the above and still no Komplete Kontrol in Pro Tools,

Make sure to open Komplete Kontrol in standalone and check everything is functional.
Delete this file: Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Avid > Audio > Plug-Ins > Komplete Kontrol.aaxplugin
Open Pro Tools
Close Pro Tools
Reinstall Komplete Kontrol in Native Access.
Open Pro Tools and check.
