I noticed that some Kontakt based Instruments like Scene Saffron are really heavy in CPU load. Even with high latency of 2028 Samples on a RME Fireface UCXII i got Crackles. But there is no disk load (80GB Ram and fast M2 SSDs) Other NI Plugins as MAssive X have nearly no CPU Load. It is no problem to run 80 to 100 audiotracks with effects, reverbs e.g. but one Saffron takes all CPU.
If i use the Kontakt instrument with Kontakt in Standalone there is no problem but within Komplete Kontrol in Cubase PRO there are massive performance problems. Prozessor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900K @ 3.50GHz, 3504 MHz, 8 Kern(e), 16 logische(r) Prozessor(en) in Windows 10
I checked al possible performance tuning configuration for DAWs without effect on this problem.
