Changing cc for pedals doesnt work.

I want to run cc1 on my expression pedal instead of cc11. (komplete kontrol s61mk2) it works fine after selecting cc1 in the standalone app of komplete kontrol. but every time my pc reboots it gets reset to cc11, while the settings are still set as cc1 in komplete kontrol.

why doesnt isnt it staying linked?
