Kontrol 61 Mk3 Update error -2

in Komplete Kontrol

I tried to update following the NI instructions, closing apps and disabling low power mode, but I can't update my Kontrol 61 Mk3."

Any tip?

    After many attempts, here’s what worked for me:

    • Use an external power source, such as a phone charger.
    • Try using a USB-A to USB-C cable.
    • Close all running apps.

    Been there 20 times since 11 am this morning after delivery , and still sitting here…Ive had a black screen all day on keyboard S49 MK3

    Firmware on Keys now lookls like its created this and the updater show mo serial or numbers as the where it started. in two hours time this has cost me almost 12 hours.

    Had so much faith in NI hardware and software for years, this is just a nightmare senario now for me with NO HELP

    TRIED everything..

    • 3 sec then 10 secs 5 times to try and activate
    • Absolute Pathetic that the buyer has this to deal with.
    • just looking for the boxes to RETURN soon

    Jono I'm in the same situation as you. I am regretting my purchase and NI Support is nowhere to be found.
