Kontakt Instruments not loading! Help!

Hoping someone can help me find a solution…

I have been using Kontakt 7 for many months with no issues within ableton live 11 suite. All of the sudden whenever I try to load any instrument, the Rhythmic Suite Damage is the only thing that loads. And on the home screen in Kontakt, only three presets are listed to the right for any instrument. Clicking any instrument only opens Damage.

I have tried the following:

• Uninstalling and reinstalling Kontakt, Kontakt 7, and Kontakt 8 via Native Access
• I have checked that my installation paths are ok (they are the same). I have tried resetting the installation paths as well.
• I have tried de-selecting Damage in the list of instruments within the konakt library
• I have also updated Damage via native access.

@MST89 Is this in Kontakt in standalone?

Have you tried to reset the database?

Reinitialize the Kontakt Database

1. Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.
   
   
2. Navigate to Application Support > Native Instruments.
3. Depending on the Kontakt version you are using, delete the following folder:
   Kontakt 5: "Kontakt 5"
   Kontakt 6: "Kontakt"
   Kontakt 7: "Kontakt 7"
   Kontakt 8: "Kontakt 8"
4. Start Kontakt as a standalone application (not in your DAW).

We also saw a lot of cases of missing Kontakt libraries due to the latest CleanMyMac version that simply deletes essential files for our products:

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for the response, I did try what you said to do, but unfortunately, Damage is the only instrument that loads and presets for any of the instruments don't show on the homepage…

Is there anything else you recommend I can try?

And I have tried this in both standalone and within the plug-in in ableton, I can't seem to figure out the problem.

If I go to the 'library' tab, I can only access and load the instruments from the left panel. It does not work from the main window:

Can you try this out?

3. Delete or rename the komplete.db3 file.
4. Open Kontakt in standalone, do you get the libraries back in the default view?

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for your responses. I deleted the komplete.db3 files in both Kontakt 7 and 8, and opened again in standalone.

All of the instruments show in the main window, but still lacking presets (other than the three listed - for every instrument only these three show),
On any instrument, when I click the 'Load First Preset' arrow in the upper right corner, it opens up Rhythmic Suite Damage, instead of the instrument. As you can see in the pictures I am trying to open up Analog Dreams:
