Sync Issues in Kontakt 8 and Play Series Instruments?

I'm having sync issues with some Kontakt Instruments, all seem to be part of the Play Series.

Over a single, looping midi note (say C3), a pattern will slow down considerably as the loop plays and continues to get worse until it is "reset" after a few loops. I can't set any notes for these patterns without them going out of sync.

I can reproduce this in Karriem Riggins, Rudiments, 40's Very Own Drums, Empire Breaks, and Butch Vig Drums. Other "pattern instruments" like Session Percussionist and Schema are fine.

This is happening in Live 12 with a single instance of Kontakt running. CPU meter never goes above 10% in Ableton or Kontakt (is lower for most instruments).

I see there are some posts about similar issues from previous versions of Kontakt but I haven't seen any updates. Is there a current fix for this?

How do things run in Kontakt 8 standalone? Are your issues just occurring when running Kontakt 8 as a plugin in AL12? Do you have another DAW you could test in? Similar results?

Also, is this on Mac/Win? What OS?

Thanks for the reply. Just tested Empire Breaks in Kontakt 8 standalone with a metronome. Does NOT go out of sync. So the issue for me is only these few Play-Series Kontakt instuments in Live 12. Unfortunately, I don't have another DAW to compare with.

    Windows 11.

I recently installed the Ultimate edition on Protools and had been using several Leap instruments as well as regular instruments like Prime Bass and Alicia Keys when suddenly everything is completely out of sync - drums, bass, piano with rest of audio tracks. I rebooted, still the same, re-set all the sounds. My next attempt is to downgrade to Kontakt 7 for the Piano, Prime bass items, see can I resolve it at least for them as it's unusable completely right now assuming from seeing above, that this is a bug in Kontakt 8.
