Can some help me out on Komplete Kontrol keyboard?

I set it up with Logic but I don't hear any sound from the keyboard, I think that the setting is wrong, thanks in advance

    Does Komplete Kontrol work as a standalone application? That's the first thing to check.

    yes it works as standaline application

    What instrument are you trying to play in Logic?

    I bought secondhand Komplete komtrol keyboard , and the keys can not play in plugin mode

    Most basically then be sure that everything Midi is set correctly including on the keyboard. Then as suggested by Mykejb and Kymeia continue with checking basic functionality.

    What are your keyboard version ? Then what is your OS version ? and what is your Komplete Kontrol version ? Then what is your DAW version ? And what is your Midi settings in Komplete Kontrol stand-alone app and what is settings in the DAW ?
