Kontakt 7, Patterns changing by itself

I've created a new midi section and recorded it in piano mode.

When i play it back with any of the guitar plugins such as Electric Mint, it keeps changing the pattern by itself. if i select to play mint pop C1, it then changes to F1 and E1 automatically, I've never seen this happen before, it usually sticks to whatebver i've selected. Any suggestions?

    The patterns are assigned to keyswitches that are also triggered by MIDI notes, C1, D1, etc…all the red keys here:

    Hi Jeremy, you were absolutely correct. It worked after removing the bottom parts of the sequence. Thanks so much.
