Problems with Kontakt 7 - strummed acoustic

Hello dear Native Instruments team,

I have a small problem when using my Kontakt 7 plugin on Logic X pro.

Specifically, I am using the “Session Guitarist - Strummed Acoustic”. I would like to play the chords with my keyboard (Keystation 49 MK3).
Logic recognizes the chords and shows them on the display, but not a single note comes from Kontakt 7. If I press the notes on the piano roll with the cursor, a sound is produced. If I draw the notes on the piano roll with the stylus, the notes are not played.

I have tried just about everything, but cannot find the error.

Do you know this problem? And if so, can I ask you to help me?

Is it only in Logic? If you open Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol in standalone and load the library, is everything functional? Could it be a MIDI issue? Configuring your MIDI Keyboard / Controller in Kontakt

What MIDI channel is selected here?
