Looks great wonder why they haven’t thought of that one..

It has been suggested since before KK3 came out but I think they were too attached to the modal layout even though it was clear that was at the expense of drag and drop and impacted negatively on workflow

I'm hoping native instruments change theirbusiness model again and just focus on NKS development and sell off there stake in software and hardware then we will have progress.. if they are low on staff that means the profits are not there in probably in the red.. InMusic brand invested and it been a success.. on a few hardware releases but a ton of additions and updates..

Between Vagus on the UI and Jester and Kymeia on NKS, if I we're NI management these are the ones that would have jobs at NI. Replacing what has been just been mediocre developer talent and management. No disrespect to the NI reps that frequent here and try their best for damage control, but I'd think by now someone just someone could get in the ears of the product managers to voice the opinions of the customers.

Not trying to push buttons, but I've seen large companies fall from grace several times, with this attitude of " we can't do no wrong ".

Whoever has been the product manager for Komplete Kontrol and Maschine, ask yourself, how's your sales with the newer Maschine + and Komplete Kontrol MK3's ? You've killed what could've been amazing products if you'd just listen to in your eyes, your all unimportant forum users. One of their worst mistakes was trying to cover up the debacle of Maschine losing KK support, like Sweetwater wasn't selling these in bundles, but yet no one used the two products together ? Look at some of this gaslighting we've had to endure with them.

NI Management needs to be fired, when guys in a forum bring more to the table in terms of encouraging and energizing the customers. If for example Jester and Kymeia never did what they've done over the past 10 years, NKS would be a complete failure. Do they really think we're taking the time to learn how to build and share NKS libraries for NI products ?

    NI needs a reality check!

Yes i agree with all you expressed kymeia revived komplete kontrol with pushing for NKS 3rd party thread and it was well received Freelance Soundlabs I bought just about all omnisphere nks presets. Loved them on 2.96 with 3.0 we all having problems.. please give these guys a phone call get these men on your staff. I don't want to see anyone lose there job. I will say if someone on the staff like the direction then they should get there resume on indeed and look elsewhere.. now akai 3.4.1 that just release has bugs but guess what they are addressing them and not saying coming soon for 5 -10 years..

Yes !! I'm with you on that, I completely understand the frustration. I'm really thankful you did this, as now everyone can visualize it. You presented what could be possible with a creative mind at the wheel.

The problem is, that 5% have kept NKS viable for years. Expanding to other hardware will only work because of some of the work we as a community have done.

We can't do NKS2, because we're locked out. We've had to find workarounds to make it work so far. I won't continue forever without proper tools - I have other things I could spend my time on.
