latin trap leap expansion is not showing up even though I installed it.

I purchased the komplete 15 select beats, and I haven't had trouble installing anything else. however, i installed the latin trap expansion and when I go into the leap tab it doesn't show up, even though it says installed on native access.

Can you try this variant? I'll assume you're on Windows.

1. Click the Windows start button at the bottom left of your screen.
2. Type "%localappdata%" and click the option that appears.
3. Navigate to the Native Instruments > Kontakt 8
4. Rename or delet this file: Komplete.db3

Open Kontakt 8 in standalone. Doid that fix it? If not, please get in touch with our support here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA

What's your operating system? Have you checked in. Kontakt 8 in standalone?

Can you try to reet K8's database, as explained in the Kontakt crash article? Kontakt Crashes
