Komplete Kontrol, where's the GUI zoom???

Back in October 2023, now over a year ago, Matthew from NI said:

we plan to take on browser resizing as a next priority (Kontakt 7 already does this). KK shell resizing remains an open question, as there are interdependencies with the host content, which itself already resizes.

So fine, the browser can be resized. But resized as in, window size, not the size of the letters and thumbnails.

For over two years I've been complaining here and directly to Native Instruments about Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol being forgotten in time, especially when it comes to their GUI. Then at some point they came up with the new GUI. At least a step forward. Seemed rushed and not the most practical, but ok. Then later they brought GUI zoom to Kontakt 7. Me and everybody else had been pushing for that for years, and finally we had a GUI that we could zoom to 125% and more. The ability to zoom to 110% or 115% would've been better, but at least now I was able to read the text without having to resort to macOS accessibility features, meaning press Control while moving the mouse wheel forward.

So when that came, I asked NI, when is that going to be available for Komplete Kontrol? After all, I had recently spent $1,200 or so in a Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol MKII MIDI keyboard, and that keyboard is not that worth it without the software Komplete Kontrol. So I asked, and they said more than once something like "Don't worry, it's coming, we already added it to Kontakt 7 and they share a lot of the same code, so it's coming soon".

And yet, here we are, over a year later, and I still have to press Control and move the mouse wheel forward to zoom into Komplete Kontrol, and then move it back when I'm done. That is when I use it, because for the most part I got sick of waiting for the GUI zoom and I stopped using a long time ago. But every once in a while I still load it and go through the menus hoping to find the zoom submenu, and nothing.

Now, I wonder, how hard is it for the developers at Native Instruments to implement GUI Zoom in KO? Or maybe they're saving that for the next version, like there's Kontakt 8 there's going to be a Komplete Kontrol version to match it? And will that be a paid version like Kontakt 8?

I just don't get it, why would they say they're going to implement it and then nothing?

Oh, and by the way, for the past month or so, every single time I launch Komplete Kontrol, this is what I get:

KO still loads, but I'm guessing this shouldn't happen.

Only 2 years of complaining. Some of us have been asking for features and improvements for 10 years and have only watched as things have reverted completely backwards, seemingly watching as more features are yanked out or broken than fixed or added…
