Hello everyone,

I recently purchased Kontakt 8, but my order status shows as "Refunded," and I haven’t received any confirmation or receipt. I’ve reached out several times to support regarding this issue but haven’t received a clear response.

Can anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this situation? Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
