Is there any way to make the s61 mk3 send note off midi messages instead of note on's with 0 vel?

I've recently moved from a 90's old MIDI keyboard (KORG X5D) to a s61 mk3, I'm mostly happy with the change.

But I've noticed the keyboard uses the velocity 0 note on messages instead of note off events. Is there any way to make it send note off's with corresponding velocities? Like with my old KORG MIDI keyboard…?

Well I was wrong altogether, my s61 mk3 keyboard does indeed send release velocities. I've been just victim of my noobery with Ableton. As the MIDI monitor device in Ableton Live 12 did display the velocity 0 events instead of note off's with their velo, but I have confirmed I was confussed by that because in Kontakt or even selecting the "Release Velocity" in Live it displays this MIDI keyboard does send velocity on release of keys. Just I still don't understand why the monitor device shows "NON" events with 0 velocities instead. I just didn't (and still don't) get it why these things behave like this...

My suggestion about a random ARP mode still stands tho!
