Hardware Connection Service in DEMO Mode

Just got this S-88 mk3. Needed to buy a 40 Watt USB-C power supply an d a good data wire, but got it working. Loaded the Hardware Connection Service, about 8 times, and it still says in DEMO Mode. I can't get the KONTAKT instruments to display on the screen. Am I missing something. Anybody have any ideas ? Really don'twant to return this keyboard.

I did all those and still no luck. It seems to never finish installing the Hardware Connection Service. Thanks for the tip though.
