Some presets are working stand alone but not in my daw

Hi, I work in Ableton Live 11. recently I have been trying to open some instruments like Electric Sunburst deluxe or Electric Vintage Guitars on my DAW but it shows a "plugin not found. please open the standalone application to rescan, or rescan manually in the plug-in preferences." I check the both versions of Komplete Kontrol are the same version 3.3.3, and I also did the reset in the Aplication Suport, but keeps showing me the same thing….

    This really depends on how you're opening them. For myself I have both Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol Listed under Plug-Ins which is Ableton's way of adding 3rd Party plugins. You drag and drop Kontakt or KK listed in the Plug-ins onto the track header. This makes sure when you double click on the tool it will bring up the standard page that allows you to setup the proper instrument, presets and other such things in exactly the same you you do it when it's standalone and save the parameters for that track. I also have other 3rd party plugins like Soundpaint and Spitfire Audio listed there and use them the same way.

    Just check within the KK instance you have loaded on a track via the Menu > Preferences > Plugins that you have Kontakt listed in there. Also, there is a checkbox to "Use Latest Version" try with that either checked/unchecked and see if that makes a difference.

    Have you opened Komplete Kontrol standalone and made sure it has scanned all your plugins? I assume so since you say it works. Only other reason I know of this issue is when the VST version differs from the installed version of KK (old plugin that was not replaced with the update, usually when you move them around) but this was more a VST2 thing since VST3 is all in a single place, but again you have checked and mentioned both versions match so not sure on that either. Wouldn't rule out a bug either with KK V3 but I don't have it installed to really know.
